Shoes for Diabetics

Take Care of Your Feet. Diabetic Shoes Available at Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy and Union Pharmacy.

Comfort and quality are exactly what the doctor ordered. Our shoes, slippers, socks and inserts are designed to keep your feet healthy — today and tomorrow.

Diabetes causes nerve damage and reduced circulation that can be hazardous to your feet. Deterioration of your peripheral nerves (Doctors call it “neuropathy.”) reduces sensation in your extremities, so you may not feel it when you hurt your feet.

Poor blood circulation can also make it difficult for foot injuries and infections to heal. That’s why even a small bump or cut can result in serious consequences if it goes without timely medical attention.

Are you diabetic and have one or more of the following conditions?

1. Poor circulation
2. Foot deformity
3. Peripheral neuropathy with evidence of callus formation
4. History of pre-ulcerative callus or history of foot ulceration
5. History of partial or complete amputation of the foot
