Last month Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy launched a new smartphone mobile app as part of the pharmacy’s on-going commitment to better serve customers through technology based solutions. The GMAP app enables users to refill prescriptions directly from an Android device, iPhone or iPad by entering quick refill information or scanning the barcode on the medication label.
During the month of October, individuals using the new app were entered in a contest to win an i-Phone. The winner was Jessica Barkley of Maxwelton. Barkley, right, receives the i-phone from Aaron Gwinn, R.Ph., pharmacy manager at Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy North. The GMAP app is a free download in the Android or Apple app stores.
