Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy Conducts Wellness Program at the Shepherd's Center

Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy recently teamed up with the Shepherd’s Center of the Greenbrier Valley and participated in the Center’s Adventures in Learning Fall Class Series. A six-week program titled “Aging Gracefully: The Impact of Pharmacy on the Aging Process” included presentations on nutrition, healthy living, osteoporosis, hormone replacement, the myths and facts on herbals, the artificial sweetener dilemma and more. The series concluded with a brown bag medication review and free cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure checks.
